Five Ways to Next Level Your Life During Social Distancing

So here were are social distancing (new terminology) with unscheduled free time while being glued to the TV and laptop and feeling anxious, nervous and emotional all at the same time. (Crazy right?!). Not to mention all of the snack that you are eating. Yet, this is our reality and if you are like me, someone who is organized and structured, being quarantined with such little notice, can make you a little unsettled.

If you looked at my previous post from a few weeks ago, I wrote about having a Contingency Plan when Life Throws You a Curveball , who knew this would be REAL in a matter of a few weeks after I wrote it (thank you God for blessing me with the message to share with others).

So, after a good night sleep, breakfast and stepping outside to walk my dog (exercising my social distancing responsibility) I decided to contribute my expertise, truth, voice and support in the only way I know how and that is to empower, inform and provide strategy to help you achieve the highest version of yourself during this unusual time.

That is how I came up with Five Ways to Next Level Your Life During Quarantine to keep you focused and motivated. It’s easy to rest, Netflix & Chill during this time….and that is OK, however, make sure time does not get away from you.

Take this time to breathe and with clarity solve the problems in the areas of life that frustrate you. Whether it’s finances (need more money?), self-improvement (free online classes and resources like mine), career/entrepreneurship (now is a great time to research and refresh) and the list goes on.

While we all have to practice social distancing, we can also use this time to zoom in on how we want to live and come up with a plan to execute exactly how we will do it.
