Your Greatness is NOT what Someone Else Thinks

So many times we mistakenly tie our value into what others think of us.

It happens so many times in the workplace where our greatest is tied to the mid-year review or the end of year evaluation. We wait for them to evaluate us on their judgement of who they THINK we should be (especially my government workers).️️

What I know for sure is the moment I realized my greatness is not in your opinion of me it is in WHAT I KNOW ABOUT MYSELF, I freed myself to live authenticity.
